HLM has established an Integrated Management System (IMS), the purpose of which is to ensure that it satisfies its clients and provides a service that meet their requirements whilst minimising the impact its activities have on the environment.

The scope of HLM’s IMS encompasses:

  • Sites/Locations – London, Sheffield, Glasgow, Belfast, Cardiff, Plymouth and Abu Dhabi
  • Services – Architecture, Interior Design, Masterplanning, Environmental Design, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design
  • Processes – all internal business support and client service processes

In addition HLM is BIM Level 2 Certified with the Building Research Establishment (BRE), the UK’s primary source for the certification of products and services.

In demonstrating its capability within the BRE’s rigorous assessment, HLM can now give its clients greater assurance than ever that its BIM credentials are fully aligned with an industry that continually aspires to improve the processes and value of the built environment.

By achieving the higher, tier two, Cyber Essentials PLUS Certification HLM have demonstrated their ability to operate in a digital environment with confidence in their protection of data, systems and employees.
