BBBEE 

Broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) is a strategic issue that is facing businesses of all sizes in South Africa.  This Government's initiative promotes economic transformation to ensure participation by Historically Disadvantaged Individuals, HDI (Indian, Coloured and Black) including women, workers, youth, people with disabilities and people living in rural areas through diverse but integrated strategies including Increasing the number of HDI’s that manage, own and control enterprises; Facilitating ownership of enterprises and communities; Skills development;  and Achieving representation in all occupational categories in the workforce. HLMSV actively supports a policy of BBBEE and was awarded Level 2 by the BBBEE Verification Agency CC
