Developing

We are strongly committed to working with local schools to raise awareness of the opportunities in our profession.  We champion numerous workshops, including an annual Careers in Construction event, and work closely with the Sorrell Foundation to show students how they can improve the quality of their life through good design. Mentoring at local universities also represents a large role for some of our directors, together with supporting work experience places and the Young Apprenticeship Programme in Construction aimed at secondary school students. Our work has received recognition in the 2009 Sunday Times Top 100 Companies in the "Best for Engaging with Schools" category.
