David Cafferty

David joined HLM in 1986, bringing an impressive combination of design flair, technical and contractual knowledge. He spent some time as a RIBA architectural assessor and accumulated a huge amount of traditional and public/private partnership design and procurement experience. With expertise in commercial, residential, and justice sector buildings as well as large-scale mixed-use projects, he is responsible for masterplanning, designing and advising on major schemes across the practice.
