Karen Mosley

Karen is company secretary as well as a board director. She joined HLM in 1986 and has initiated, developed and implemented most of our corporate procedures. This has created a robust framework for the business and ensured a co-ordinated approach to areas such as marketing, personnel, administration, legal and support services. She is an advocate of an approach founded on partnership, collaboration and understanding, which drives the way the company looks after its staff and clients. She ensures HLM is a great place to work, which has enabled the practice to make the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For list several times. She works closely with the rest of the board, advising on legislative, regulatory and corporate compliance issues and is part of the Executive Board.
