Leslie Welch
Director
Leslie is an HLM veteran. He joined in 1973, since which time he has been involved in every aspect of architecture and designed numerous award-winning buildings. His primary activities now are strategic and conceptual input into the early stages of design and procurement, and the project management and handling of contractual issues that go hand-in-hand with such complex building types as large-scale refurbishments, laboratories and hospitals. In addition to his role as lead consultant on so many of our larger projects, Leslie has lectured at Strathclyde University as a member of the Professors' Advisory Group and acted as expert architectural witness on several high-profile construction court cases.
