Richard O'Neil
Director
Richard has been a board-level director at HLM since March 2004. He is passionate about design and its power to shape people's lives for the better. His skill lies in developing concept designs which not only meet expectations but which also promote sustainable design in line with key government design objectives. With an eye for detail, he remains involved in projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure the highest quality. He holds overall responsibility for the London office; the office he successfully launched as regional director in 2001; and for the Wales office, which he launched in 2006.
