Redevelopment of the Artizan Shopping Centre to attract and retain a different mix of retailers alongside commercial and leisure activities to act as a catalyst for the regeneration of Dumbarton Town Centre. Proposals include remodelling of existing units and new build larger units with signage, lighting and landscape craeting a new identity.
