A new community leisure facility providing water and ice based facilities, as well as gym and dance studio spaces. A new town square provides the focal point for the new development which sits on the River Chelmer frontage, and provides the setting for the new leisure building. Setting new standards for sustainability and providing 600 new homes, as well as extensive retail space, which connects the new scheme into the existing town centre retail area.
