Client: Yorkshire Water Services

New build office suite, computer control room and call centre for Yorkshire Water within the boundaries of their existing site at Buttershaw. The building was designed to complement the architectural style and materials of recent developments on the green field site and includes a central landscaped courtyard space and 12m wide clear span naturally ventilated open plan offices.
