Sale Town Centre Redevelopment

Redevelopment of Sale Town Centre including the provision of new civic offices and library, together with the refurbishment of part of the existing classical Town Hall building to provide function rooms, an Arts Centre and a base for Youth Services in the town centre.  Also included was the replacement of the Civic Theatre with a new multi-purpose hall and the formation of a new civic square adjacent to the canal.
