BSF Tower Hamlets

HLM are part of the Technical Advisory team facilitating the development and procurement of the Building Schools for the Future programme in Tower Hamlets. The Tower Hamlets' BSF programme will invest over £180 million in secondary schools to provide world class 21st century facilities that transform the educational outcomes of young people. The first five schools to be developed are in Wave 3 and include some of the most deprived and challenging schools in London, including a school for excluded pupils and one in special measures.
