Royal United Hospital, Bath

This central 4-storey entrance building provides the focus for a site wide rationalisation for the RUH Hospital Trust, with the merger of Outpatient Clinics into integrated primary care departments, providing a more patient focused environment.

Incorporating refurbished Children's facilities completed separately in October 2000, the new accommodation is centred around an existing pedestrian axis and arranged around a series of landscaped courtyards within this historic city.

A separate contract was also let for the provision of the extension to linac department, designed to match the existing buildings.
