Mid Argyll Hospital, Lochgilphead

Provision of a modern Primary Care service integrating community health, hospital and social services under one roof.  An imaginitive solution has been developed, which responds to the physical constraints and opportunities presented by the sloping site which locates the new day hospital together with occupational and physiotherapy facilities at a lower level providing access to the external terraces and landscaped amenity spaces.  Shortlisted for Hospital Development Building Better Healthcare Awards 2007.
