Morningside Medi-Clinic

Morningside Medi-Clinic is an existing hospital in Sandton, South Africa's economic hub and one of the most up-market areas of Johannesburg.

The hospital has 230 beds and assorted theatres and consulting rooms, all of which are being rearranged and refurbished. Alongside the new interiors, we've been tasked with designing a new Medical Village for sports rehabilitation, a new ICU and a new post-natal ward, with three floors of consulting rooms above. We've also designed additional parking structures and a helipad, located for quick transfer to the new Emergency and Resuscitation Unit.
