HMP Addiewell

HLM have completed work in conjunction with Interserve Strategic Project and Ove Arup Engineers to deliver this facility, 700 cell prison at Addiewell, West Lothian for male prisoners of any category.  The prison will employ 350 people, almost all of whom will be from the local community.
