Randall's Business Park, Leatherhead

The rejuvenation of a 1980's commercial business park in Leatherhead.  The existing scheme comprises of four 1980's commercial buildings set amongst mature trees and a sea of car parking.  The successful bid scheme will take the business park into the 21st century, creating identification for the business park, a central social landscaped space for the building users, enhancement of the four commercial buildings to create a modern, sustainable (BREEAM Very Good) and user friendly working environment.
