Romford Leisure and Mixed Development

A new community leisure facility providing water and ice based facilities, as well as gym and dance studio spaces.  The leisure building is placed at the heart of a new community for Romford, which will set new standards for sustainability, providing 750 new homes, as well as a hotel and extensive retail space.
