Viewpoint, Highbury Grove

This landmark site in Highbury Grove, North London, comprises the demolition of an existing residential building replaced with a new 39 unit residential scheme.  Integrated within this are 10 Housing Association dwellings in line with Islington Borough's UDP and a degree of undercroft parking.  Consideration was given to the visual relationship of the site with, and the civic scale of, Highbury Grove Park.
