HLM were appointed to masterplan this residential development for 193 untis and deliver through planning and onto site. The completed project is provides one of London's most successful areas of regeneration, where the masterplan creates a series of important urban spaces for the local area. These include an island park, town square, boardwalk, wetlands area and promenade. All of these are formed by a series of mixed-use dramatic buildings that combine in form and function to link and integrate the development with the High Street.
