Imperial House, Windsor

HLM were appointed as design team lead, landscape architect and interior designer for the scheme to redevelop the existing Imperial House site, to the southwest of the historic centre of Windsor. The scheme develops a campus office development of 4 buildings, of total GIA 25,500sqm, together with a Café building, a Security Building and basement and deck car parking for 495 cars. The sensitive urban design solution of the scheme adjacent to the residential area incorporates a new street and public destination stimulated by a series of high quality landscaped public spaces.

The development is currently in the Local Authhority Planning process with a target commencement on site during 2011.
